Policy for Returns and Refunds

 

Return Guidelines

The goods must be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us using the order number info@thebobalist.in or by WhatsApp at +91- [phone number] if you need help.

Only if an unpacking video is supplied to show the problem will the product be returned.
We will prepare a new product for delivery when the product is returned.

Returns should be sent to The Bobalist at A-43, Block A, Sector 57, Noida.

Returns must be made within seven days, and the item must be sent back with the invoice and bubble wrap.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and confirm that it has been returned in its original condition, we will email you whether your refund has been accepted. Depending on the rules of the refund policy, approved refunds will be credited to the payers’ account using the initial payment method of the purchase within the stated period.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your money has not been returned, kindly recheck your bank account.
  • If the amount is not reflected, call the bank that issued your credit card, as the money may take some time to reflect on your account.
  • You can also contact your bank because the time to get a refund may vary.
  • If you have followed all these procedures and still haven’t received your money back, please write to us at info@thebobalist.in.
  • For non-gifted items, refunds will be made to the original buyer.
